Genocides always begin in a small way, with bullying and harassment of “the Other.” This was true in the earliest days of Nazi Germany. If not confronted, bullying can grow into something far worse. Dayton Holocaust Resource Center sees campaigns against bullying – especially in our schools, and especially its newest iteration, cyber-bullying – as one way of ensuring that another Holocaust does not happen.
